Black Five-Foot Nothing
The true story of a hospital doctor who is falsely accused of sexually abusing a patient. The police throw the case out. The accuser is a known vexatious complainant, and described her attacker as blond and tall, whereas the doctor accused is black and five-foot nothing. But the GMC moves in more mysterious ways. In a Kafkaesque nightmare, the spurious investigation is dragged out for years. By which time the doctor’s career is in tatters and his personal life devastated.
